Tuck-in strip

For our bamboo duvet covers, we offer two different closure options: 1. the bamboo button closure and 2. the bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in strip.

A tuck-in strip is designed to neatly secure your bamboo duvet cover using an extra piece of fabric at the bottom. This additional fabric can be tucked under the mattress, effectively enclosing the duvet. When choosing a duvet cover from us, you can select one of the following closures: bottle-neck tuck-in strip or button closure.

Bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in strip

A bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in strip is partially stitched closed at the bottom of the duvet cover, making it much harder for the duvet to slip out. Because the sides are stitched, the opening is narrower, keeping the duvet firmly in place. In addition, the bottle-neck tuck-in strip includes an extra 40 cm section of bamboo fabric in the centre of the cover. This strip is doubled but does not run across the full width. It allows you to secure the duvet cover under the mattress, preventing cold feet during the night.

Bamboo button closure

The second option is a duvet cover with a bamboo button closure. The cover is finished with bamboo buttons, making it easy to keep the duvet securely inside while adding a refined, natural look. If you tend to kick your duvet loose during sleep, the bamboo button closure is the perfect solution.
