Tuck-in flap

For our bamboo duvet covers, we offer two different closure options: 1. bamboo button closure and 2. bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in flap.

A tuck-in flap is designed to neatly secure your bamboo duvet using an extra piece of fabric attached to the cover. This additional fabric can be tucked under the mattress, effectively enclosing the duvet. When choosing a duvet cover from us, you can select one of the following tuck-in options: bottle-neck or button closure.

Bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in flap

A bamboo bottle-neck tuck-in flap is partially stitched closed at the bottom of the duvet cover, making it much harder for the duvet to slip out. The stitched sides reduce the size of the opening, holding the duvet securely in place. In addition, the bottle-neck tuck-in flap features an extra 40 cm strip of bamboo fabric in the center of the cover. This strip is double-layered but does not run across the full width. It allows the duvet cover to be tucked under the mattress, preventing cold feet during the night.

Bamboo button closure

Another option is to choose a duvet cover with a bamboo button closure. The bamboo duvet cover is finished with bamboo buttons, making it easy to keep your duvet securely inside the cover while adding a natural, elegant look. If you tend to kick off your duvet cover while sleeping, the bamboo button closure is the perfect solution.
