These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lunanna online store (the “Website”) and your purchase of products offered through it. The Website is operated by Lunanna, a brand operated by Red Axis d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (EU).

Products & Orders

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are placed online through the Website and confirmed via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payments

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payments page. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Lunanna does not store payment card details.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned items are received and inspected, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Liability & Warranties

Our products are intended for personal household use. We strive to ensure that all products meet applicable quality and safety standards.

To the extent permitted by law, Lunanna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. These include, among others:

  • A minimum 14-day withdrawal period

  • Refunds within 14 days after returned goods are received
